Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Eligible items may be returned for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll happily cover the return shipping for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll work quickly to make things right.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply email us at
support@thelovingegg.com and include:
* Your order number
* A brief explanation of the issue
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you easy, step-by-step instructions, including where to send your item. Please remember to include your order details or packing slip inside the return package so we can process it smoothly.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–15 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you don’t see it after this time—just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email support@thelovingegg.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
